Let us help you with your logo!
Here's what is included: - Design & consultation time plus the following - Logo File (in a JPEG, PNG & Vector PDF format) - Watermark Files of your Logo(Color, Black & White) (in Photoshop & PNG format) - Up to 3 artwork changes. Any additional changes will incur a charge of $5 per change.
What happens next?!? Once your order is confirmed, we will contact you by email to set up a consultation chat. Once we have an outline, the design process will begin, and you will receive proof of your new logo within 3-4 business days.
Please allow 24-48 hours to complete any revisions you might have.
Once completed, your files will be emailed to you and shared via cloud storage (Dropbox or Google Drive). From there, the files are yours to share with the world and use how you wish.

Shipping
Please allow 5-7 business days to complete your order. All items are handmade. Rush service is available upon request. Please email heather@heatherlinkdesigns.com if you have any questions.
All items ship via USPS.

Returns
Physical items returned within 30 days can recieve a full refund if the item is returned in its orginial condition. If items are damaged during transit, please submit photos to heather@heatherlinkdesigns.com so the items can be replaced.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on returns, unless item was damaged in shipping.
Digital items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS.
